How the Student Only Ticketing Process Works 🎟
This is what happens when a customer tries to book a student only ticket:
They add the ticket to their basket and checkout
They are prompted to link their native account to their student account to confirm their status and automatically transferred to their University portal log-in page
They log in to their student account
They are immediately directed back to the Native site to complete the booking.
If they can't successfully log in to their student account, they won't be able to book a student ticket.
But this means the Native platform needs to be linked with your MMS for the process to work.
