How the Student Only Ticketing Process Works 🎟

This is what happens when a customer tries to book a student only ticket:

  • They add the ticket to their basket and checkout

  • They are prompted to link their native account to their student account to confirm their status and automatically transferred to their University portal log-in page

  • They log in to their student account

  • They are immediately directed back to the Native site to complete the booking.

If they can't successfully log in to their student account, they won't be able to book a student ticket.

But this means the Native platform needs to be linked with your MMS for the process to work.
