5.0 New Features and Improvements

🚀  New Features

• We're so excited to bring you our first big new feature of the year; a dedicated section for On-Demand Video content! This space allows you to upload videos that can be viewed by Students only either within a specified timeframe or indefinitely.

• You can now set up custom categories that are unique to your institution and events! These can be created within native or synchronised over from your MMS, click on the Custom Categories button below to learn more!

🌟 Improvements

• You may have noticed the platform looks a little bit different! We thought it would be appropriate to start 2023 with a visual makeover - new year, new us! We're really happy with the improved visual consistency and we hope you'll like it too.

• Super Admins can now grant permissions to users with custom roles that allow them to manage promo codes!

• We've made a few nice improvements on the finance side; 'Amount Due' has been added to events report for added clarity on remittances, and Transaction Logs now show refunds as separate transactions to charges.

🔧  Quality of Life Changes

• As always we've caught a few pesky bugs and improved a few processes; we've also changed the date format across the platform into DD/MM/YYYY.

• Last but not least! This will be the last update that you need to hard-refresh to take advantage of! From now on all the changes we make will be available to you seamlessly once made live!! 🎉
