Overview

A Reward Scheme lets you incentivise event attendance by offering a reward to users who attend a set number of events. Users register for the scheme, get scanned in at eligible events, and once they reach the required number of attendances, they unlock their reward. It's a simple mechanic that you will see applied across many different types of companies.

Each scheme has one reward, which can be a promo code, a wristband, or a custom reward, for example, a free t-shirt or a drink.

Before you start: If you plan to offer a promo code or wristband as the reward, you must create those in the platform before setting up your Reward Scheme. This is because need to exist already in order to be selected during setup process.
