Banning Users From Buying Tickets 🛑
We introduced the option to ban a user in 2022 following requests from some of our SU Partners.
Banning a customer ensures they can no longer book tickets for events. See the video above to see what happens when they try! You can ban them indefinitely, or for a defined period of time.
You can also restrict a user's use of the platform rather than ban them altogether. We cover restricting user's in a separate guide.
For now, let's show you how to ban a user altogether.
