Refund Requests - an Intro 📝
Students often contact Native to request a refund. We can then:
Direct them to request the refund from their Native account
Raise the refund on their behalf
The outcome for you is the same either way. You will be able to see the refund request in your promoter panel along with a refund reason, review it and ultimately decide whether to approve or reject it.
