Refund Requests - an Intro 📝

Students often contact Native to request a refund. We can then:

  • Direct them to request the refund from their Native account

  • Raise the refund on their behalf

The outcome for you is the same either way. You will be able to see the refund request in your promoter panel along with a refund reason, review it and ultimately decide whether to approve or reject it.
