What Are Opt-Ins? ✅
Opt-ins are tick boxes which you can present to a customer who is buying a ticket. You can use them to gain the ticket buyer’s consent to market to and communicate with them about events.
Opt-Ins can be presented to the user at two different stages of the user journey:
Registration - the opt-in displays as part of the registration form
Event Booking - the opt-in displays during the booking process for an individual event. You can set up different consents for different opt-ins.
